It's the year 2025, and this is Ikasu High. On the outside, this large, white painted high school seems like any other in the city of Tokyo, Japan.
The windows corners are finely decorated with a bright blue decor of windowframe wood, the school grounds are peppered with healthy green grass, and the sakura trees gently sashay soft, pink petals over the ground in a shower of seeds and beauty.
In other words, nothing seems out-of-the-ordinary.
In reality, this seemingly boring school is actually home to an array of bright students, who are training to be what we call: a Hiro.
Each day, from Monday to Friday, these students train, academically and physically, to be the next Hiro of the generation.
Long has been the days of samurais, ghost hunters, and spirits in rarity: now, descendants of many heroes come to this school to follow in their ancestors footsteps, to be the best Hiro they can be.

It's fall.
The leaves are no longer a bright, healthy green, and the busy summer street are now transformed into the quiet autumn lanes most students know.
You, if going down the sidewalk, would easily see the signs of Summer fading away: the sakura leaves have fallen, you see more students in uniform, and the winds have taken to a cold feel.
No longer are the days long, and no longer can you spend your days on the beach, but in the classrooms.
Relaxation...or so he thought{Open for two} « Thread Started on May 14, 2008, 6:33pm »
It was just after school and the bell rang. Many of the students went out to the city to go to the park, cafe or wherever else they wanna go. The bell rang for five minutes, five annoying minutes. Why? Well that was to wake up some of the lazy students and maybe lazy teachers. Among them though was a boy who was sleeping in class, Kaito Iramaki. His black hair blocking his eyes and his hands blocking his face. The uniform annoying him but what was more annoying was that stupid alarm clock. Wait a minute, he didn't have an alarm clock. Oh great it had to be that stupid bell, still his eyes were heavy and he rather go to sleep again. The bell though didn't have any mercy for him as it rang and rang. With nothing to do he slowly got up his eyes still closed for a moment. After about three more he was able to fully open it. He wasn't fully awaken though but he was awake enough to grab his bag and walked out of the class.
The student didn't really want to go anywhere at all so why not find a place to sit. He had ten minutes before his next chess game anyway. Walking out to the walkway he sat on a random bench to see the place was somewhat empty. There were some people that wanted to stay and talked to their friends before going wherever. The teen didn't care as long as they don't bother him. That was the main thing really. That they didn't bother him because, well he hates it. He hates it when anyone try to talk to him and become friends with him. Why can't they tell that he rather just be alone. After all no one can be trusted. Not even your family. well except for your siblings. At least that was how it was for Kaito anyway. He didn't trust anyone, not his parents, cousins, aunts, uncles and especially not any strangers in this school. Trusting them is pretty much putting your life into the devil's hand for him.
Okay so maybe he was making too much of a deal but still. The point is he didn't trust anyone. That was pretty much it pretty much. After all he didn't fully trust his siblings, seeing how he never really talk to them about his day or feelings at all. He always kept secrets from them but at least unlike everyone else he never lie to them. Seeing that they were his two closest people he can't really lie to them at all. Sure he could not tell them something but lying to their face is one of those rare things that gives him 'guilt'. Apparently even though he had indirectly killed his cousin on purpose at a young age and laughed at it he had a conscience. It was just one of those will you figure that? It was strange but then again having powers was already strange in the first place. So then does that mean that everything else was not strange? The answer is no, there are things that are stranger than having powers.
One of those things are how people can't see to get the message no matter how many times he tells them to get away from him. It was as if their got it backwards or something. Being bored he had nothing else to, he took out a book and started reading. Amazingly it wasn't a book about chess but a novel called 'Twilight'. It was popular nowadays and he wanted to know why so he bought the book. Apparently it was actually pretty good to him and that is saying a lot since most of the novels that he reads he always state that the publishers must have been desperate because it sucks. Well to him this one was good. So why not just relax and read this book. Well for about eight more minutes anyway. Nahh, the chess game was most likely boring. He'll let the cafe owner play against his opponent for a couple of minutes before taking over. The cafe was close by anyway. Right now he just wants to relax.
